Sanex Social Giveaway – Sanex Bouquet Giveaway 

2. This competition runs on the @SanexUK Instagram channel from 12/02/24 – 22/02/24.

3. This competition is open to Sanex followers, who are over the age of 18 and UK residents. Employees of Sanex, its affiliates and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion  including their immediate families are not eligible for prizes. 

4. To enter the competition, entrants must be following @SanexUK on Instagram and tag a friend in  the comment section. Entries must be complete before 11:59 pm on 22/02/24 or you would not be eligible,  there will be 5 winners.

5. Only the respondents who have tagged a friend will be included in prize draw. The winner will be  selected randomly by Sanex on 23/02/24.

6. The winner will be notified by a Sanex representative via direct message within 14 working days  from the date of the draw. Winner will need to respond to the Sanex direct message received within 14 days  to claim their prize or forfeit this prize. if a prize is not claimed we will re-draw a new prize winner. If the  second winner does not claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize becomes null and void. Should  Sanex be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Sanex reserves  the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrant’s name and social handle. This information  will be used to contact the winner and deliver the prize. The winner must provide an address for delivery of  the prize.

9. All prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10. Sanex reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the  designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. 

11. In the event of a dispute, Sanex’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Sanex is entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules  are adhered to. Sanex reserves the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify  participants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the competition has taken place.

13. Sanex reserves the right to alter, cancel or delay this competition without notice.

14. Sanex respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data including without limitation the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act  2018.   If you provide personal data to Sanex in connection with this competition, Sanex will only process it in  connection with the competition, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that  relate to it.
