Terms and Conditions

1. The consumer can redeem either one digital coupon or one cashback offer against one Sanex Expert Skin Health + Micellar Soothing 450ml, Sanex Expert Skin Health+ Micellar Hypoallergenic 450ml, Sanex Experth Skin Health + Therapy Oil 450ml or Sanex Expert Skin Health + Ageless Renewal 450ml product (‘Selected Products’).
2. Offer valid from 16th December 2024 - 31st December 2024 11.59pm BST or upon redemption of 1,500 coupons/cashback, whichever is sooner
3. Maximum one redemption per person across the promotional period.
4. Offer available on specified product, purchased from participating Tesco, Boots & Asda stores only
5. Product purchase necessary for cashback on items from Tesco, ASDA and Boots customers who must retain their receipt for proof of purchase as part of cashback redemption process.
6. This offer is not available against online purchases or Click and Collect
7. Redeemable in England, Wales, Scotland and NI only. Excludes the Republic of Ireland.
8. Digital Coupon
i. Digital coupon is only redeemable against participating Tesco stores
ii. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction at participating UK Tesco stores only
iii. The selected products are subject to availability at Tesco stores. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
iv. The digital coupon or cashback must be redeemed within 7 days of receipt, please do not attempt to use this digital coupon once expired.
v. This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned. Nor can it be exchanged for cash or loyalty points.
vi. Coupon void if altered, photocopied/screenshotted or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
vii. Promoter reserves the right to refuse coupons if it has reason to believe that they have been presented other than in accordance with these terms.
9. Cashback
i. Cashback can only be redeemed at the following listed retailers: Asda, Boots
ii. The Selected Products are subject to availability at the listed stores.If none of the selected products are available, this cashback cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the cashback against any other product as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
iii. To redeem the cashback offer you are required to purchase the product in ASDA & Boots and subsequently submit a cashback request via the 3 step CashbackNow service, which is managed by the Promoter’s partner, Zappit [t/a Geo Offers Ltd]. NB. The cashback request must be submitted within the coupon expiry time frame of 7 days from receiving the link carrying the original coupon..
iv. 3 step CashbackNow service
- Request a coupon then purchase Selected Products in-store
- Then follow the instructions on your digital coupon to;
- Write down your unique ZPT code [which will be displayed when you click the ‘Get cashback now’ button on your coupon] at the top of the original receipt and then upload and submit a clear photograph of it for validation
- Confirm payment details; for bank transfer - full name, sort code and account number.
- Payments will be made within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holiday, when they will be processed the next working day
v. Only valid receipts, clearly comprising of the following will be accepted;
- Store logo
- Your unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt
- Promotional item, ie. Selected Sanex ESH + Product and associated price
- Date of transaction during the promotional period and prior to date of cashback request
vi. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts which do not include the above and/or:
- Are out of focus/blurry
- Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period
- Specific to retailers which are not participating in the promotion
- Are not unique to the individual
vii. If the conditions are met, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt of up to £1.50 for Selected Sanex ESH + Product If the product is bought and the purchase price paid falls below £1.50, the cashback amount will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid. If the purchase price paid is greater than £1.50, the cashback amount will remain at £1.50.
viii. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.
ix. Each ZPT code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.
x. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected cashback requests will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for cashback requests delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their cashback request.
xi. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the cashback refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS or email notification will be sent to the mobile number/email address provided with the reason for rejection.
xii. The submission of a till receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the cashback verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Geo Offers Ltd and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.
10. Only one redemption per person is allowed across the promotional period. Unless stated otherwise. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.
11. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.
12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
13. Neither the Promoter and / or third parties involved in the management of this promotion are responsible for invalid coupon and cashback requests and do not provide any warranty on the product.
14. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and / or third parties.
15. No element of the Offer or the management of which may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorization of the Promoter.
16. There is no cash alternative to the digital coupon or cashback
17. Tesco, Asda & Boots remain free at all times to set their own prices.
18. The digital coupon or cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. Distribution channels are Facebook and Instagram only.
20. In the event of a dispute, Colgate’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Colgate is entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules are adhered to. Colgate reserves the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify participants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the free sample campaign has taken place.
22. Colgate reserves the right to alter, cancel or delay this offer without notice.
23. Participants who avail of the digital coupon or cashback will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
24. Colgate-Palmolive respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data including without limitation the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you provide personal data to Colgate-Palmolive in connection with this competition, Colgate-Palmolive will only process it in connection with the competition, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it. If entrants choose the “opt in for marketing purposes” option, these details will be stored in a confidential manner and will not be handed out to any external parties or used for anything other than marketing related activity.
