My skin is extremely dry everywhere on my body, and there are rough patches such as on the backs of my arms and legs (a bit less than the arms). What can I do to get rid of this unpleasant rough skin problem which is unpleasant to touch and to see?

I would like to know why I have allergic reactions on my skin, especially in the summer, in the form of small red patches on my legs, as well as a case of dyshidrosis on the bottom of my left foot that has lasted all summer.

I regularly have reactions to deodorants. Strangely enough, not to all of them, and some deodorants sold as being hypo-allergenic make my armpits itch. I get patches similar to eczema that go away after 3-4 days but this means I can’t use anything. I have even purchased deodorants at the druggist, alcohol-free, without aluminum salts (I think!?), scentless, etc. but that still make me react. And yet, other quite basic ones suit me fine. The reaction often appears after 2-3 days of use. What can I do to avoid these reactions? Are there any natural alternatives?

I don’t know what type of skin I have but I know I have lots of black dots on my nose and face. Despite using the patches, I still have just as many. What should I do?
